Hijama Wellness Studio exists so people in Karachi — especially women — can take the Sunnah of cupping without worrying about hygiene, privacy or being rushed.
Hijama therapist, ten years in practice. She has treated everything from stubborn migraine to post-surgery sciatica, and still writes each client’s point map by hand before the first cup goes on.
Her approach is unhurried. Nobody is talked into a longer course than they need, and if a complaint belongs with a physician or surgeon, she says so plainly and sends you there.
Each condition has a fixed chart: how many points, how many sittings, and the minimum gap between two. That chart keeps a course honest — you see the end of it from the beginning.
Migraine is 19 points over 6–8 sittings, two weeks apart. Sciatica is 22 points. Cholesterol needs only 6. When somebody promises results in a single sitting, that chart is what they’re skipping.
Cups, blades and gloves unsealed at the start and dropped in a sharps bin at the end. Bedding changed every time.
One client at a time, a closed door, only the area being cupped uncovered. Family may sit in.
Hijama supports your treatment. We never ask you to stop a prescribed medicine, and we refer cases that need a doctor first.
Where it suits you we follow the traditional lunar days — the 17th, 19th and 21st — but your convenience comes first.
Rs 350 per cup. Consultation, point mapping and aftercare dressing are part of it, not extras.
A WhatsApp check-in after each sitting, and your next date booked before you leave.
Tell us what you’re dealing with and Dr. Sumera will plan the points, the sittings and the gaps — before you pay for a single cup.
